Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading pivotal technical initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will drive end-to-end execution within the Digital Experience Organization, managing project plans and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans across multiple technical teams, ensuring transparency in program status and outcomes
• Partner with subject matter experts to simplify complex technical initiatives and drive data-driven decisions
• Identify project risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Product Manager
• Extensive experience in web/digital project management and managing multiple software engineering teams
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and technical tools such as JIRA
• Strong ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels
