Job Summary

Driving complex technical programs across distributed teams, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will ensure visibility of dependencies, risks, and milestones while delivering executive-level communication and aligning stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical programs end-to-end, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones
• Deliver executive-level communication and reporting on program status and outcomes
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to keep programs on track and unblock delivery

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management
• Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills
• Proven experience tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams
• Experience with adoption-driven programs such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains
