Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will facilitate alignment across leadership, manage governance processes using tools like Jira and Clarity, and drive clarity on priorities while ensuring visibility into budget and delivery health.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with directors and senior leads within the Cloud Infrastructure and Platforms organization
• Prepare briefing materials, dashboards, and executive updates to support decision-making
• Establish and maintain cadence for leadership reviews, program check-ins, and status updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience
• Broad expertise and training in program and project management methods
• Extensive experience in creating reports and presentations for executive leadership
• Strong understanding and experience with AI in a business environment
• 10+ years of program experience in the telecom or technology industries
