Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading software programs for Deep Learning Training and Inference Frameworks, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage projects in a highly matrixed environment, collaborating closely with engineering teams and senior management to ensure alignment and successful execution in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Deep Learning Frameworks programs on both existing and new hardware
• Guide software programs through all aspects of program management, including planning, scheduling, and risk management
• Develop metrics for measuring program effectiveness and report on overall program status to senior management

Required qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of software program management experience with a proven track record of leading global projects
• Experience delivering large software programs across multiple layers of the software stack
• Strong strategic and tactical thinking skills with the ability to build consensus among engineering and product teams
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Confluence) and distributed version control systems (e.g., Git)
