Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Product & Engineering organization, the remote Senior Technical Program Manager will drive the execution of the software development lifecycle, manage cross-functional work, and maintain visibility of engineering projects through effective collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment between teams
• Manage work from triage to completion within the Product & Engineering organization
• Maintain GitHub Projects as the source of truth for engineering execution and provide leadership with project status updates

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles in software engineering organizations
• Demonstrated success leading execution across multiple engineering teams in a high-growth technology company
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Git-based development workflows, and CI/CD processes
• Experience managing technical programs from planning through delivery, coordinating dependencies, and driving cross-functional alignment
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives effectively
