Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end program management for the Productivity Engineering team, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will drive complex cross-team initiatives, manage stakeholder alignment, and oversee the adoption of AI developer tooling in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and define program management across Developer Experience, Client Infrastructure, Backend Infrastructure, and Site Reliability Engineering
• Drive large-scale platform migrations and tooling adoptions, ensuring successful execution and measurable developer productivity impact
• Manage the Platform Engineering team's roadmap and OKR planning cycles while maintaining stakeholder alignment across engineering leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management within platform engineering, developer experience, or infrastructure
• Strong technical fluency in CI/CD, build systems, microservices, and cloud-native platforms
• Experience with AI developer tooling, including coding assistants and agentic workflows
• Proven track record of driving adoption of internal tools with a focus on developer satisfaction and usage
• Familiarity with agile program management and OKR/roadmap planning across multiple engineering teams
