Leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage program execution, streamline business processes, and drive scalable system integrations in a remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Lead large cross-functional programs to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Own program execution by driving scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by translating business goals into documented systems and technical requirements
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple systems and teams
- Hands-on experience implementing or integrating GTM tools within Salesforce
- Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integration, with the ability to manage technical risks
