Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the delivery of complex AI-native security initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will lead cross-functional programs, manage AI operationalization, and oversee risk and dependency management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment between AI research, engineering, and security detection teams
• Establish and manage frameworks for scaling AI-driven security capabilities from prototype to production-grade deployment
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies across distributed teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity domain, including threat intelligence and security operations workflows
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, specifically delivering large-scale AI or ML initiatives
• Ability to engage with engineering teams on architectural decisions related to AI model deployment and performance
• Experience building scalable processes in high-growth startup environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field; CISSP or other cybersecurity certifications are a plus
