Job Summary
Leading capacity operations for large-scale AI infrastructure programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage intake and triage of accelerator-capacity requests, run demand forecasts, and prepare capacity-planning reviews while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own intake, triage, and routing of accelerator-capacity requests across engineering and research teams
- Run quarterly and annual demand forecasts, identifying late or conflicting inputs early
- Prepare capacity-planning reviews and maintain dashboards for operational lifecycle tracking
Required qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management within AI/ML platforms or cloud infrastructure
- Proven ownership of operational programs with resource trade-offs and executive clarity
- Strong program mechanics including forecasting, dependency management, and documentation
- Technical proficiency to understand infrastructure constraints and collaborate with engineers
