Leading strategic carrier engagement initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison with external carrier partners, overseeing onboarding, integration, and operational performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end carrier onboarding and integration programs, delivering new capabilities to shipping products and platforms
- Drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across various teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and business outcomes
- Lead critical carrier escalations and production incidents, facilitating root-cause analysis and timely resolution
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or related leadership roles
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycles
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Strong understanding of domestic and international transportation networks and related carrier services
