Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Managing a high-performing team, the remote Senior Technical Program Manager will oversee Technical Program Managers and Release Train Engineers, ensuring effective program delivery and Agile Release Train execution while aligning with business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop TPMs, RTEs, and Sr. RTEs, ensuring clear priorities and accountability
- Define and maintain operating standards, templates, and governance routines for technical program delivery
- Align program execution with business priorities, technical delivery commitments, and leadership expectations
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related fields
- 3+ years of people leadership experience managing delivery teams
- Experience in establishing technical program management and Agile delivery standards
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery processes
- Ability to translate technical delivery data into executive-ready insights and recommendations
