Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the security organization's effectiveness, the full-time remote Senior Technical Program Manager will manage workflow, project tracking, and dependency management across multiple security teams, while building processes and reporting systems that provide visibility into security risks and program health.

Key responsibilities

• Own workflow, project tracking, and dependency management across security teams, ensuring clarity on project status and risks
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership to provide insights into security risk and program health
• Design and implement processes that enhance operational effectiveness while minimizing overhead for engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or operations roles
• Experience in a cross-functional operations or program management role supporting diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of building processes in ambiguous environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a strategic approach to prioritization decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment where processes are still being developed
