Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of complex cross-functional programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will coordinate initiatives across engineering, product, and operations teams in a remote environment, ensuring timely delivery and effective risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for multi-team technical initiatives from scoping to execution and retrospective
- Partner with engineering leads and product managers to define milestones, map dependencies, and align stakeholders on progress and risks

Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or a closely related field at a fast-paced technology company or startup
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Strong technical fluency with experience in system architecture, APIs, and platform integrations
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience using project management tools like Jira or Confluence
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered
