Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Technical Program Manager will manage a portfolio of high-impact programs, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, compliance, and operations teams while scaling best practices and frameworks.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead complex programs from inception through launch, coordinating across various teams
• Own portfolio-level roadmapping, managing priorities and trade-offs across programs
• Drive change management efforts to empower teams and ensure alignment on new processes and tools

Required qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience managing complex technical programs in high-growth or regulated environments
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional programs on time with measurable impact
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile tooling for scaling teams
• Strong change management experience, guiding teams through ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Deep understanding of agile, scrum, and lean methodologies, with the ability to coach teams effectively
