Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning the integrated NEXUS program plan, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage dependencies across processes and teams, drive delivery through external partners, and oversee risk and issue management in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and execute the integrated NEXUS plan across all workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met
- Run the operating rhythm, including sprint planning and cross-pod syncs, while holding workstream leads accountable
- Manage the risk, issue, and dependency log, converting ambiguity into decision points for resolution
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in technical project or program management, with at least 3 years in multi-workstream software delivery
- Proven experience managing integrated delivery plans with hard deadlines across parallel workstreams
- Strong skills in dependency and critical-path management across technical and business teams
- Experience managing external development vendors against delivery commitments
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and maintain executive-grade reporting
