Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading complex, customer-facing data platform initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage multiple concurrent programs focused on Databricks and modern cloud data architectures, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business outcomes, either from Arlington, VA or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Databricks-focused technical programs, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Translate statements of work and solution designs into actionable delivery plans with clear milestones and success metrics
- Facilitate collaboration across technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring program health and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or delivery leadership roles supporting complex technical initiatives
- Demonstrated experience delivering federal programs, preferably supporting DoD or other U.S. Government customers
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience managing multiple concurrent technical programs
