Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving the evolution of reliability programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage incident response operations, oversee reliability initiatives, and collaborate across teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and mature Slack's incident management program, overseeing detection, triage, response, and post-incident reviews
- Lead the strategic transition of incident response operations to Salesforce's Command Incident Center, ensuring process alignment and cross-org training
- Track and report on reliability metrics, driving accountability and informing investment decisions across the platform
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading technical programs in a dynamic product or engineering organization
- 3+ years of experience in SRE, reliability, or infrastructure program management
- Proficiency in AWS Cloud offerings or similar cloud services
- Direct experience with incident management programs, including building severity frameworks and post-incident review practices
- A related technical degree is required
