Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of technology programs for credit and lending, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage integrated program plans, facilitate decision-making, and ensure compliance readiness while working remotely or from designated locations in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan across all active credit and lending workstreams, managing milestones and dependencies
• Facilitate structured decision-making by surfacing options and tradeoffs to leaders, maintaining a living RAID log
• Produce concise updates and documentation to synthesize complex information for stakeholders and onboard new team members

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of program management or technical program management experience in a high-growth or regulated environment
• Direct experience in financial services, fintech, or credit infrastructure, with familiarity in compliance and risk management
• Proven ability to communicate and influence executive stakeholders in high-stakes meetings
• Technical fluency to understand engineering decisions and identify technical risks early
• Experience with lending tooling ecosystems, such as loan origination and credit risk management systems, is a plus
