Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end onboarding and implementation journey for new enterprise customers, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will lead deployment projects, coordinate technical integrations, and ensure high-quality go-lives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation projects from signed contract through go-live and customer success manager handoff
• Orchestrate the deployment of Laurel's tenant and Boomi Atom in collaboration with implementation engineers
• Maintain clear project plans and timelines across multiple concurrent accounts using project management tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Planner
• Technical aptitude with experience in Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise tech stacks, including Microsoft 365 and SSO protocols
