Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in processes, program documentation, and training across RAI platforms
• Build trust-based relationships with data science, business teams, and executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, business, technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in compliance, risk, or governance
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, data governance, or digital health innovation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools
