Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead Salesforce CRM and Contact Center modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Salesforce and Contact Center projects, ensuring alignment across functional teams
  • Oversee implementation and enhancements of Salesforce platforms, ensuring compliance with federal standards
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and lead continuous enhancements in contact center operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • PMP Certification and Salesforce Certifications including Administrator and Service Cloud
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, including Service Cloud and platform integrations
  • Experience in managing contact center solutions such as NICE CXone or Amazon Connect
  • Proven background in solution architecture and hands-on experience with contact center technologies
