Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager (Salesforce) to lead Salesforce CRM and Contact Center modernization initiatives for a Federal government agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Salesforce and Contact Center projects, ensuring compliance and alignment across functional teams
  • Oversee the implementation of Salesforce platform enhancements and manage Contact Center technology deployments
  • Drive continuous improvements in contact center operations and performance metrics through innovative solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • PMP Certification and Salesforce Certifications (Administrator and Service Cloud)
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, including Service Cloud and platform integrations
  • Experience in managing contact center solutions and operations, including workforce management and performance metrics
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a government-issued Public Trust clearance
