Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead technical project management and manage a team of project managers while driving the development of critical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-create the technical roadmap and own end-to-end delivery of complex projects
• Run multiple complex projects concurrently while implementing agile practices and tracking project schedules
• Establish project management standards and mentor team members in their development

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years managing software/data engineering projects with proven end-to-end delivery experience
• 3+ years in a player-coach or team lead role, managing and mentoring others
• Strong technical fluency and experience with modern software development lifecycle practices
• Track record of successful technical product launches and proficiency with project tracking tools
• Coaching mindset with a bias toward action and strong technical judgment
