Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce CRM and Contact Center modernization initiatives
• Manage contact center technology solutions and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and compliance
• Conduct daily Scrum meetings and facilitate Agile ceremonies to maintain project momentum and productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA) with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• PMP Certification
• Salesforce Certifications including Administrator and Service Cloud
• Scrum Master certification and experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with contact center solutions such as NICE CXone or Amazon Connect
