Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Technical Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Project Managers, establishing standards for execution and accountability
• Own and improve the planning and execution processes for Product and Engineering, including quarterly planning and resource alignment
• Drive cross-functional planning and execution for major initiatives, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across teams

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in Technical Project Management or similar delivery leadership roles within a software or product organization
• Prior experience in people leadership, including direct management and team development
• Proven success in driving complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
• Strong command of delivery operations, including resource planning and risk management
• Experience with Jira/Atlassian tools for planning and execution improvements
