Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee the onboarding and implementation journey for new enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects from signed contract through go-live and handoff
• Orchestrate deployment of the company's tenant and integration with implementation engineers
• Guide customers through technical integration setup and maintain clear project plans across multiple accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Planner
• Technical aptitude with experience in enterprise integration platforms like Boomi is a plus
• Familiarity with enterprise tech stacks including Microsoft 365 and SSO protocols
