Job Summary

Senior Technical Project Manager, responsible for leading the delivery of complex technology projects in a contract-to-hire role, requiring candidates to reside in Charlotte, NC or surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the successful delivery of mid-to-large scale technology projects from initiation through completion
• Lead discovery and requirements gathering with clients and technical teams, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes
• Build and manage detailed project plans, actively overseeing resources, risks, and milestones

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects
• Proven success in managing scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes
• Strong experience with system integrations, APIs, and modern application development
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with distributed teams and a high level of personal accountability
