Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple concurrent initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will develop project plans, evaluate trade-offs, and lead cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables across various initiatives
• Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through closure, ensuring accountability and direction
• Deliver clear project reporting to stakeholders, sponsors, and executive leadership while managing technical deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6-8 years of project management and/or process improvement experience, preferably in banking
• Strong understanding of banking systems and technology integrations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean and/or Six Sigma
