Job Summary

Leading daily operations and support initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will manage escalation processes, coordinate support teams, and leverage AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily Java Ops pre-triage and stand-up meetings to align support teams on priorities and issue resolution
• Manage the Tier 1 Escalation Tracker to improve ticket routing accuracy and reduce unnecessary handoffs across support teams
• Compile operational data into executive-ready reports highlighting ticket trends, escalation volume, and service performance
