Job Summary

Driving a high-powered customer delivery process, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will manage project lifecycles, mentor a team, and ensure the success of utility customers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Project Managers, providing career development and project guidance
• Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely onboarding of customers and adherence to project scope
• Communicate project status and manage stakeholder expectations effectively

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software product, project, or client management with a focus on complex projects
• Experience with utility customers and/or in the energy industry
• Strong background in managing large technology integration projects
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment with adaptability
• Familiarity with standard project management methodologies and best practices
