Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the partner ecosystem, the remote Senior Technical Project Manager will manage end-to-end partner integrations, facilitate communication between Product and Engineering teams, and ensure the accuracy of developer documentation while driving cross-functional project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for partners during integration projects and ongoing support
• Gather technical requirements from developers and translate them into actionable user stories for the Product and Engineering teams
• Maintain project plans, manage timelines, and resolve blockers to ensure alignment among cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced technical degree is a plus
• 5+ years in technical project management or product operations with experience managing software projects
• Hands-on experience with APIs, including testing integrations and reading/writing API documentation
• Demonstrated experience working directly with partners or external stakeholders in a technical capacity
• Familiarity with agile and product management processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence
