Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading a critical HRIS platform migration, the contract Senior Technical Project Manager will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment across HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance while maintaining a focus on the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project delivery for the HRIS migration, from discovery and planning through go-live and hypercare
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain project alignment and accountability across multiple workstreams
• Drive change management and training efforts to ensure HR teams and employees are technically enabled from day one

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation
• Hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms and a strong understanding of data migration processes
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional implementations with multiple vendors and competing priorities
• Solid understanding of People Operations programs and the employee lifecycle
• Ability to effectively communicate between technical and functional teams
