Job Summary

Acting as a strategic technical advisor, the remote contract Senior Technical Project Manager will manage customer relationships, oversee technical escalations, and ensure the effective deployment and operation of customer CX platforms, including WebEx Calling and Webex Contact Center.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing oversight and leadership for all program components, serving as the primary point of contact for technical escalations
  • Developing and implementing tailored customer success plans to meet specific business needs and goals
  • Coordinating with internal and external teams to drive efficiencies across technical project tracks and facilitate customer training sessions
Required qualifications
  • Experience in technical account management or a related technical advocacy role
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing CX platforms, specifically WebEx Calling and Webex Contact Center
  • Familiarity with Mippbx and premise-based Unified Communications applications
  • Experience managing complex technical escalations and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to deliver structured reporting and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders
