Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading a significant HRIS platform migration, the contract Senior Technical Project Manager will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment across HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance while maintaining a focus on the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for the HRIS migration, from discovery and planning through go-live and hypercare
• Lead data migration planning, including field mapping, data cleansing, validation checkpoints, and reconciliation between legacy and target systems
• Drive change management and training efforts to ensure HR teams and employees are ready for the new system from day one

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation
• Hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms and functional knowledge of modules, data structures, and integration patterns
• Strong data migration experience, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
• Solid understanding of People Operations programs and the employee lifecycle
• Ability to effectively communicate between technical and functional teams
