Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving presales program execution and cross-functional coordination, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end management of Hyperscaler deals, ensuring alignment across Sales, CN Operations, and Delivery in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the presales program lifecycle for assigned opportunities, managing deal reviews and ensuring cohesive execution across multiple workstreams
• Implement governance standards, proactively identify risks and constraints, and escalate issues with clear options for leadership decisions
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to maintain delivery integrity and support deal progression, while contributing to process improvements in the Front Door operating model

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 6+ years of experience or 4+ years with a Master's degree
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in presales or operational environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with high stakeholder visibility
• Background in collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams
• Strong program and project management skills, with a focus on risk and issue management
