Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and delivery of technical projects related to speech-enabled IVR and voice solutions, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will manage stakeholder expectations, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and improve governance and reporting processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary client-facing lead, managing stakeholder expectations and communication
• Own end-to-end delivery across the program, ensuring visibility into technical and business workstreams
• Establish and improve delivery processes, governance, planning, tracking, and reporting mechanisms

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar technical delivery leadership role
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering or technical delivery roles
• Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale technical projects involving software development and systems integration
• Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and software development lifecycle concepts
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in client-facing environments
