Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

As the founding project management hire, the full-time remote Senior Technical Project Manager will drive project management excellence for Solutions Engineering and Platform Engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of custom technical solutions and managing complex projects across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish project management practices, cadence, and reporting for the Engineering organization
• Drive delivery of Solutions Engineering projects, ensuring accountability for scope, deliverables, and milestones
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders, including executive leadership, to manage project expectations and updates

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project or program delivery experience, with at least 3 years at a senior level
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams
• Experience delivering customer-impacting technical work in enterprise software environments
• Strong technical fluency to facilitate discussions with senior engineers and technical stakeholders
• Self-directed operating style with established project management best practices
