Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing AI-native product organization, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will accelerate delivery by removing blockers, enhancing team collaboration, and improving workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive rapid feedback loops between prototyping, client input, and production to compress timelines
• Identify and eliminate obstacles for team members, ensuring smooth progress on multiple workstreams
• Continuously improve processes and leverage AI tools to enhance team productivity and coordination

Required qualifications

• Experience shipping products in fast-moving startup environments, with a preference for early-stage startup experience
• Strong familiarity with modern AI tooling and a maker mindset focused on prototyping solutions
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and create structure as needed
• Experience working with distributed teams and holding context across business, product, design, and engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
