Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end onboarding and implementation journey for new enterprise customers, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will lead projects from contract signing through go-live, coordinating with implementation engineers and ensuring high-quality customer experiences in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring timely and quality go-lives
- Orchestrate technical integration setups and coordinate with implementation engineers
- Maintain project plans and timelines across multiple concurrent accounts using project management tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Management Information Systems
- 5+ years of project management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana or Microsoft Planner
- Technical aptitude with experience in enterprise integration platforms, ideally Boomi or XPATH
- Familiarity with enterprise tech stacks, including Microsoft 365 and SSO protocols
