Job Summary
Leading complex customer-facing initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery in a remote environment, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and maintaining effective communication with enterprise customers and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing technical projects from initiation through successful completion, developing comprehensive project plans and schedules
- Coordinate work across various internal teams, ensuring all participants understand their responsibilities and project timelines
- Serve as the primary project management contact for customer engagements, building trusted relationships and managing customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of experience managing complex customer-facing technical projects within SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Proven ability to present project plans and updates to customer executives and senior leadership
- Practical experience with enterprise software deployments and customer onboarding processes
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms
