Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams in a hybrid role, the Senior Technical Project Manager will manage complex projects in autonomous driving, focusing on problem analysis, requirement clarification, and risk mitigation while coordinating across various company functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams to analyze problems and prioritize technical tasks based on data-driven insights
• Clarify project requirements and manage risks to ensure successful project execution
• Coordinate effectively with autonomy, vehicle engineering, software, product, finance, and operations teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a highly technical role and 5+ years in technical project management
• Experience managing direct reports, with a focus on mentoring and coaching
• Strong initiative and ability to tackle challenges beyond core responsibilities
• Understanding of software and hardware development life cycles and integration processes
