Senior Technical Proposal Lead

Job Summary

Coordinating the preparation and delivery of technical proposals for nuclear plant projects, the Senior Technical Proposal Lead will work remotely to collaborate with engineering, project management, supply chain, and commercial teams while managing proposal strategies and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical components for client inquiries and deliverables related to early works and front-end engineering contracts
• Develop proposal schedules, set priorities, and coordinate with teams to refine technical offer content during contract negotiations
• Implement proposal strategies, including competitive analysis and compliance matrices, while facilitating proposal response review meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in team/process leadership, project management, or commercial offer development
• Knowledge of proposal processes and business development life cycles
• Proficiency in requirements management and technical compliance for RFP/RFQ responses
• Experience navigating global matrixed organizations
