Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will source, screen, and close candidates across engineering, product, and design in a remote environment while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering and expand into product and design as needed
  • Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines through creative outreach methods
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role definitions and interview structures for effective candidate evaluation
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing startups (Series A-C)
  • Proven ability to autonomously run the recruiting process without extensive support
  • Strong technical fluency to engage in discussions about role scope and requirements
  • High standards for candidate experience and the ability to maintain a positive impression of the company
  • Experience building sourcing pipelines and utilizing outreach strategies that yield results
