Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders of technical teams to identify, attract and hire top engineering talent
Own and manage the interview process to ensure that all candidates are evaluated in an objective and consistent manner
Deliver on hiring goals and elevate the talent function's ability to land top talent

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of recruiting experience
5+ years of experience in recruiting candidates for technical roles
Proven experience hiring at scale and across multiple teams
Expertise in developing and implementing recruiting strategies focused on building diverse candidate pipelines
Experience recruiting for web3 projects is highly preferred
