Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter for a 6-month W2 contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting for technical positions
Source, evaluate, and hire top tier talent for Client Services and Space & Defense teams
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires/contractors

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of technical recruiting experience in agency and corporate settings
2+ years of experience recruiting for Department of Defense or related roles
Experience hiring candidates with active Security clearance (Secret level and above)
Professional experience with recruiting software & sourcing tools
Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical positions, including Data Science and DevSecOps
