Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Talent Partner to drive recruitment efforts with a focus on technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and gaming industry roles, focusing on software engineering and development
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in technical recruitment
• Proven track record of successfully closing technical hires in a fast-growing technology company
• Strong technical acumen to evaluate technical qualifications
• Experience with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
• Experience working in a remote-first environment is preferred
