Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Technical Senior Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to develop position requirements and sourcing strategies
• Drive full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Provide data-driven insights on recruiting pipeline details and maintain data integrity in the ATS

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma/GED required; higher education or certificates in HR/Recruiting preferred
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume capacity
• Strong experience in recruiting for Engineering, Marketing, Product, and IT roles
• Experience with modern ATS systems and expert-level sourcing tools
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for fit
