Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on GTM and technical hiring
• Deep understanding of GTM functions and technical domains
• Experience recruiting for hybrid roles requiring technical and customer-facing expertise
• Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
