Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle technical recruiting for key roles in Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, and Product teams
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify diverse, high-quality candidates
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Data Science, ML, or AI roles
• Strong knowledge of technical domains such as ML modeling, data platforms, applied AI, analytics, and software engineering
• Proven track record in building diverse pipelines and utilizing inclusive sourcing strategies
• Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
• Passion for the company's mission and excitement to help build impactful teams
