Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data science, and AI/ML roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data science, and AI/ML, including market mapping and proactive sourcing
- Partner with hiring managers to design structured interview processes and manage offer negotiations
- Manage the ATS (Ashby) end-to-end, including automation, reporting, and candidate experience improvements
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of technical recruiting experience in engineering, ML/AI, and data roles, with 3+ years in a VC-backed startup
- Strong knowledge of a modern ATS, preferably Ashby, including automation and reporting
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for sourcing and candidate communication
- Experience in creating structured interview processes and running interviewer training
- Track record of inclusive recruiting practices and building diverse talent pipelines
